Daniel has been working in Financial Services since 2008, originally starting work at a major UK bank in London. Working his way up from Cashier to Customer Adviser and later becoming Assistant Branch Manager, Daniel then left the bank in September 2015 to pursue a career in Financial Advice. He has completed several qualifications across a range of Financial Service areas, including Retirement and Estate Planning, Equity Release and Long-Term Care planning and later qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner in the spring of 2022.
Daniel loves being able to help people better understand and grow their financial position and particularly finds it worthwhile when able to break down the often complicated, jargon-filled options for clients, enabling them to make positive decisions for their future.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys taking part in fund-raising activities; he is an experienced “quiz-master” and enjoys taking part in charity walks through some of Britain’s most breath-taking landscapes. He is also studying towards a Level 3 qualification in British Sign Language and hopes to be able to offer financial services to deaf clients, without the need for an interpreter, in the near future.
Daniel was Highly Commended in the Just Group 2022 ‘Vulnerable Customer Awards’. Daniel was recognised for his excellent work supporting some of our most vulnerable clients throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
